Hi, I’m Marina, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) helping individuals and couples build authentic connections with themselves and others. My training at Valley Community Counseling Clinic, a leading psychodynamic program in Los Angeles, emphasized trauma recovery, couples therapy, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I also integrate somatic techniques, honoring the body’s wisdom beyond words. Having lived and worked across multiple continents, I bring a multicultural perspective to therapy. Before this career, I spent over a decade in corporate leadership, which deepened my understanding of workplace stress, identity, and cultural transitions.
I support individuals and couples facing trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship struggles, cultural adjustment, burnout, and feeling “stuck.” Couples work holds a special place in my practice—I help partners move beyond cycles of disconnection to rediscover trust, intimacy, and closeness. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, exploring how past experiences shape the present.
